Anweshippin Kandethum uncovers into the intricate web of two seemingly unrelated murder cases investigated by the seasoned SI Anand and his team. The movie begins with Anand's return to duty after a suspension, only to be thrust into the heart of a complex mystery. Flashbacks reveal Anand's journey into the police force, guided by his retired police officer father Narayana Pillai. His first case involves the disappearance of a Christian girl, Lovely Mathan. Upon investigating, he finds clues about her presence in a nearby monastery but gets resisted by the locals and the local police, leading to the removal from the investigation.
